Meetings
Meetings with parent, student and with Mrs. Galicia (for 10th graders) or Mrs. Myers (for 9th graders) to discuss progress will occur once an LP (once a month). The weeks we will be meeting are listed below. Students MUST be in uniform for the meeting to occur.
Assignments
The Flex program is a component of the Red Track independent study program. This means that assignment completion determines the student attendance. If a student is missing any assignments, we are not able to grant the student attendance for that month (LP). With this stated, students must turn in EVERY assignment. Missed assignments may result in a strike.
Strikes
Strikes are issued for a deliberate disobedience to the program. This can be warranted for a missing assignment, behavior, missed meeting, etc. The third strike will result in a program evaluation to determine if this is the correct placement for the student. To transfer to Blue, a student must be in good standing and strikes can result in a student being removed from a good standing classification.
Study Hall
On Fridays from the start A2 until the end of B3, we will hold study hall in Portola Room 4206. Any student may attend and if a student is on campus and not in a class, they must be in this room. If a student has less than a C in any of their classes, they will be required to attend.
Tutoring Schedule
The tutoring schedule is listed below. These times are open to anyone but if a student has less than a C in any of their classes, they must attend weekly in that respective class.
